Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior operational leader in a consumer-facing, membership-based or high touch service experience business
- Demonstrated ownership of full P&L and delivery of profitable growth
- Strong background in operations, strategic planning, and scaling multi-site businesses
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, retail, or technology environments preferred
