Business Development Rep

• Research and identify target brands using SmartScout, Keepa, LinkedIn, and other data sources
• Build and maintain a qualified prospect list in HubSpot aligned to our ICP
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) to generate qualified discovery calls
• Qualify inbound leads against our ICP criteria (category fit, revenue threshold, operational complexity, margin profile)
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess fit before handing off to senior team members
• Build and optimize outreach sequences, automations, and workflows using tools like Clay, Instantly, Dripify, or similar
• Collaborate with marketing on campaign messaging, lead magnets, and event outreach
• Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene—notes, next steps, pipeline accuracy

Senior Business Development Representative

• Define and execute product roadmaps for Neato’s proprietary platform and business intelligence tools
• Partner with senior leadership to align product initiatives with company growth objectives
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing tooling with Amazon’s SP API and other eCommerce APIs
• Ensure AI is integrated into product design to maximize efficiency and insights
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for internal teams and brand partners
• Collect and prioritize feedback from stakeholders to refine product direction

Product Manager – eCommerce Focused

• You’ll be the execution engine behind Neato’s marketing org, shipping campaigns, content, ads, and ideas at a ridiculous pace.
• Write copy that converts: emails, ads, social posts, landing pages, scripts.
• Run performance campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and wherever our buyers live.
• Build content: long-form, short-form, repurposed, cut, clipped, shipped.
• Manage our social presence and keep the Neato story alive daily.
• Support events, webinars, referral pushes, and partner initiatives.
• Build landing pages and simple creative assets (Canva, Figma).
• Analyze data, spot insights, and push experiments without being asked.
• Work directly with the Head of Marketing to bring the entire GTM plan to life.
• Collaborate with design, operations, sales, and content teams.
