About the role
- Own product marketing across the entire portfolio, not a single product line.
- Build the commercial map through rigorous market research defining TAM, SAM, and SOM.
- Own go-to-market strategy and execution for every product launch and build the launch playbook from scratch.
- Develop positioning and messaging frameworks making complex AI products clear and compelling.
- Drive top-of-funnel growth and qualified lead generation measured on pipeline impact.
- Be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, BD, and the market.
- Use AI tools to move faster, draft better, and think bigger.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product marketing experience, ideally at B2B SaaS and/or AI-focused companies.
- Strategic & Analytical: Proven track record of moving from broad market research to specific TAM/SOM modeling.
- Strong writing chops: Ability to produce solid first drafts for various content without waiting for a copywriter.
- Comfortable with technical products: Can read docs, talk to engineers, and translate features into customer value.
- High initiative and comfort with ambiguity: Doesn’t wait to be told what’s next.
- Actively use AI tools in work and are excited to push the boundaries of what’s possible with them.
- Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, or platform products is a nice-to-have.
- Familiarity with crypto/Web3 ecosystems is also nice-to-have, but AI and SaaS experience matters more.
Benefits
- Ecosystem-first: always put the health and success of the ecosystem above any individual's interest
- Openness: operate transparently and consistently share knowledge to build open communities
- Pragmatism over perfection: find the right solution not the ideal solution and beat dogmatism by openly considering all ideas
- Make it feel simple: strive to make the complex feel simple so the technology is accessible to all
- Grow constantly: learn, improve and fail productively so the project and community are always becoming more effective
