Support Engineer

• Support of the corporate group's client devices
• Assistance with integration projects and the ongoing development of the IT infrastructure
• 1st-level support for Windows, Microsoft Office, iOS, and phone/helpline
• Administration of Windows clients
• Administration of Windows servers, Active Directory, MS SQL, Exchange, and Ubuntu
• Administration of networks, preferably LANCOM
• Handling and support of various integration projects
• Procurement and inventory management of hardware
