About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support of the corporate group's client devices
Assistance with integration projects and the ongoing development of the IT infrastructure
1st-level support for Windows, Microsoft Office, iOS, and phone/helpline
Administration of Windows clients
Administration of Windows servers, Active Directory, MS SQL, Exchange, and Ubuntu
Administration of networks, preferably LANCOM
Handling and support of various integration projects
Procurement and inventory management of hardware

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in addressing IT issues as a Support Engineer or in a similar role (Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Enjoyment in solving IT problems
Knowledge of IT networks (Cisco, LANCOM) is a plus
Driver’s license (Category B)
Very good German language skills (spoken and written)
