About the role

  • Prospect, develop, and activate new business partners (indirect channels), building sustainable commercial relationships and generating predictable revenue growth through the ecosystem.
  • Map, prospect, and develop new strategic partners (systems integrators, ISVs, consultancies, and technology companies).
  • Lead commercial negotiations and structure partnership models.
  • Develop joint business plans with channel partners.
  • Deliver executive and commercial presentations of technology solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and growth plans.
  • Ensure continuous channel activation and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields).
  • Proven experience in B2B consultative sales within an indirect channel model.
  • Experience in active prospecting (hunter profile).
  • Experience in technology companies, software, SaaS, or digital solutions.
  • Knowledge of channel models, partnerships, and commercial ecosystems.
  • Ability to negotiate and build relationships at the executive level.
  • Growth-oriented mindset and focus on relationship building.
  • Autonomy and strong organizational skills for pipeline management.
  • Executive communication skills and strategic vision.
  • Analytical ability for data-driven decision making.
