About the role
- Prospect, develop, and activate new business partners (indirect channels), building sustainable commercial relationships and generating predictable revenue growth through the ecosystem.
- Map, prospect, and develop new strategic partners (systems integrators, ISVs, consultancies, and technology companies).
- Lead commercial negotiations and structure partnership models.
- Develop joint business plans with channel partners.
- Deliver executive and commercial presentations of technology solutions.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and growth plans.
- Ensure continuous channel activation and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields).
- Proven experience in B2B consultative sales within an indirect channel model.
- Experience in active prospecting (hunter profile).
- Experience in technology companies, software, SaaS, or digital solutions.
- Knowledge of channel models, partnerships, and commercial ecosystems.
- Ability to negotiate and build relationships at the executive level.
- Growth-oriented mindset and focus on relationship building.
- Autonomy and strong organizational skills for pipeline management.
- Executive communication skills and strategic vision.
- Analytical ability for data-driven decision making.
