About the role
- Own and manage relationships with assigned owner/operator accounts
- Drive new store opening orders for large enterprise customers
- Lead and manage customer project orders
- Conduct monthly field office visits
- Gather and share feedback from field visits
- Partner with collections team to resolve accounts receivable issues
- Serve as primary point of contact for accounts
- Proactively prospect and engage non-NCR Voyix owner/operators
- Align on monthly and quarterly forecasts
- Collaborate with Marketing on communication strategies
- Participate in weekly internal team meetings
Requirements
- Experiences in total solution sales
- Ability to form customer partnerships
- Experience in creating complex software, hardware, and consulting solutions
- History of success in developing opportunity funnels
- Ability to influence decisions and sell across multiple offices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
