About the role

  • Own and manage relationships with assigned owner/operator accounts
  • Drive new store opening orders for large enterprise customers
  • Lead and manage customer project orders
  • Conduct monthly field office visits
  • Gather and share feedback from field visits
  • Partner with collections team to resolve accounts receivable issues
  • Serve as primary point of contact for accounts
