Implementation Specialist

• 1.Customer Relations/Customer Satisfaction • Build working relationships with customers and develop informal communication channels with customer account at the local level (ie Branch, Store or office). • Responsible for ownership of all customer issues/needs that are voiced or observed and acts appropriately. • Understands and performs the various customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and elevates or escalates issues when appropriate, and/or according to established procedures. • Communicates to all levels - Service/Installation Coordinator/Customer/Control Tower, throughout the entire service activity. • Represents NCR in a manner that reflects positively on the image and reputation of the company
2. Customer Services Assists or delivers the following customer services: • Installation and set-up of hardware, hardware modifications, first line maintenance, multi-vendor maintenance • Performs periodic preventative maintenance on assigned products • Diagnoses problems, makes minor repairs, and replaces components (at the module level). Follows appropriate security procedures when working with ATM’s and or within financial institutions. • Equipment Staging and Installation • Performs shop or site staging of equipment as assigned • Assists, as part of a team, in site preparation and equipment installation. May install limited modifications or Field Retrofit Orders (FROs) • Performs any needed modular swaps and unit replacements 3. Asset Management • Responsible for all NCR assets that will be used in the delivery of customer services (i.e. tools, software, vehicles, documentation, and intellectual property), or as assigned by management • Maintain an appropriate parts inventory as well as parts record keeping 4. Reporting • Responsible for accurate and prompt reporting of calls and activity, as well as other reporting as required • Responsible for tracking and reporting all expenses incurred in the delivery of services, including telephone, private automobile, and/or public transportation • Responsible for capturing detailed customer asset information and other data required to complete any invoicing or billing activities 5. Customer Engineer

• Diagnose faults, repair and replace modules on ATM's, EPOS, Self-Checkouts, PCs, kiosks, and associated peripherals
• Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to ensure continuity of customer operations and a high levels of customer satisfaction
• Responsible for ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements
• May require prolonged travel, carrying and lifting tool kit/parts of varying weights
• May require bending/squatting, walking/standing /sitting for prolonged periods
• Company vehicle with fuel card provided which can be used for personal use (BIK and usage fee per mile applies)
• Tools/laptop/Android phone and all other required tools are provided
• Uniform and PPE provided

• NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta, is a leader in expanding financial access.\n• NCR Atleos is searching for an Account Executive for a sales territory in the New England region of the US for our banking business.\n• This individual is responsible for profitability, growth and account penetration within the assigned territory and/or market segment.\n• Position responsibilities include identifying and targeting opportunities across existing and new prospects; Partners with other business units to expand cross-sell opportunities; Leads account planning and opportunity planning sessions; Responsible for maintaining and growing file value and serving as the principal financial sales representative ensuring the highest level of customer service and support to NCR Atleos major accounts; Also responsible for demand creation of NCR Atleos Self Service, Branch Transformation, Consulting, and SaaS solutions and prospects for existing and new accounts within an assigned territory or geography; Provide subject matter expertise and support for all Solutions sales campaigns into targeted accounts; Responsible for customer relationships ensuring that all customer requirements are identified and met driving volume and growth into these user accounts; Key interface or liaison between the customer, sales support teams, the factory, product management and other internal resources with regard to sales and services issues for current customers; Position requires strong relationship management and carries the responsibility for the customer's satisfaction with NCR Atleos; Ensure that key customer accounts continue to thrive in a partnership with NCR Atleos; Responsible for any prospect opportunity within their assigned account base in order to advance the business opportunity for new solutions as identified by the region; Schedules and conducts regular customer meetings to discuss customer-specific issues, review performance/value, ongoing projects and rollouts, and to position new solutions and insure that all outstanding invoices are current; Continually seek to build and enhance enduring relationships with key customer interfaces while working to achieve a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements and addressing customer issues, escalating them, as necessary, to the appropriate internal parties in order to drive them toward resolution; Continually fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities and execute winning sales campaigns to deliver quarter on quarter growth from those opportunities; Obtains customer or industry information that assists in responding to customer's needs and requirements; Capitalizes on industry knowledge and customer contacts to uncover future business opportunities; Responds to competitive threats in order to maximize customer retention rate; Understands the formal and informal decision-making process within each of the accounts; Effectively advise and influence customers through consultative selling techniques; Create an internal network of relationships with peers, management and internal sales support groups in providing value-added solutions and best in class service for the customer; Has primary accountability for ensuring that assigned accounts are being properly serviced by NCR Atleos in a manner that reflects the NCR Atleos commitment to delivering high quality products and services; Strategically designs a plan to effectively manage his/her territory in order to maximize incoming revenue and profits in order to meet annual quota objectives; Tracks the sales process through monthly forecast submissions for assigned accounts to quantify and qualify opportunities where NCR Atleos is best positioned to win, and assists in development of an account plan to ensure mutual objectives of the NCR Atleos/Customer relationship are realized; Builds customer commitment in order to accelerate activity through the sales cycle; Position requires ability to describe how NCR Atleos products and services relate to the customer's current industry position; Identify major competitors in the account and assesses the competitor's products/services, and compare their strengths and weaknesses relative to NCR Atleos; Position NCR Atleos as a single source provider offering additional solutions and services to maximize NCR Atleos revenue and profitable growth; Apply presentation and consultative selling skills to deliver sales presentation at senior/executive levels; Incorporate thorough understanding of industry trends and issues into sales presentations; Partner with other business units to expand cross-sell opportunities; Identify and target opportunities across existing and new prospects; Utilize team members including post-sale delivery professionals, pre-sale technical professionals, and management to achieve business objectives; Rely on excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain executive-level interaction and customer satisfaction; Close profitable NCR Atleos Solution deals incorporating hardware, software, professional services, and customer services;
