Diagnose faults, repair and replace modules on ATM's, EPOS, Self-Checkouts, PCs, kiosks, and associated peripherals
Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to ensure continuity of customer operations and a high levels of customer satisfaction
Responsible for ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements
May require prolonged travel, carrying and lifting tool kit/parts of varying weights
May require bending/squatting, walking/standing /sitting for prolonged periods
Company vehicle with fuel card provided which can be used for personal use (BIK and usage fee per mile applies)
Tools/laptop/Android phone and all other required tools are provided
Uniform and PPE provided
Requirements
A Full UK manual driving license is mandatory
Experience in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair and basic computer hardware and software knowledge, with full training provided
Experience with Windows operating systems
Experience in general PC hardware and software maintenance
Works well with minimal supervision, good problem-solving skills, ability to pick up new skills quickly and work under pressure
Flexible with working shifts including some weekends and rotating shifts
Preferred: previous experience in NCR or similar equipment
