About the role

  • Diagnose faults, repair and replace modules on ATM's, EPOS, Self-Checkouts, PCs, kiosks, and associated peripherals
  • Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to ensure continuity of customer operations and a high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements
  • May require prolonged travel, carrying and lifting tool kit/parts of varying weights
  • May require bending/squatting, walking/standing /sitting for prolonged periods
  • Company vehicle with fuel card provided which can be used for personal use (BIK and usage fee per mile applies)
  • Tools/laptop/Android phone and all other required tools are provided
  • Uniform and PPE provided

Requirements

  • A Full UK manual driving license is mandatory
  • Experience in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair and basic computer hardware and software knowledge, with full training provided
  • Experience with Windows operating systems
  • Experience in general PC hardware and software maintenance
  • Works well with minimal supervision, good problem-solving skills, ability to pick up new skills quickly and work under pressure
  • Flexible with working shifts including some weekends and rotating shifts
  • Preferred: previous experience in NCR or similar equipment
