About the role
- Lead net-new sales growth across CEE
- Build and manage a pipeline that exceeds quarterly and annual targets
- Challenge prospective customers to think differently about their operations
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Partner with BDRs, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success
- Grow nCino's footprint within existing accounts
- Serve as the face of nCino in CEE
Requirements
- 6+ years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience
- Proven ability to sell to and influence C-suite executives in complex deals
- Consultative, insight-led sales approach
- Collaborative mindset
- Willingness to travel across the CEE region
- Fluency in English; Czech, Polish, or another CEE language is a strong plus
- Banking or financial services domain expertise is a bonus
- Experience selling into commercial or corporate banking environments is a bonus
