About the role

  • Lead net-new sales growth across CEE
  • Build and manage a pipeline that exceeds quarterly and annual targets
  • Challenge prospective customers to think differently about their operations
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Partner with BDRs, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success
  • Grow nCino's footprint within existing accounts
  • Serve as the face of nCino in CEE

Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience
  • Proven ability to sell to and influence C-suite executives in complex deals
  • Consultative, insight-led sales approach
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to travel across the CEE region
  • Fluency in English; Czech, Polish, or another CEE language is a strong plus
  • Banking or financial services domain expertise is a bonus
  • Experience selling into commercial or corporate banking environments is a bonus
