About the role
- Provide technical scoping, industry expertise, and custom solutions to clients
- Develop POCs, demos, and large multi-faceted deployments for media companies
- Provide technical guidance on optimizing platform usage and execute implementation projects
- Analyze business needs and technical feasibility; develop and document strategic, cost-effective business and technical solutions
- Participate in the product release cycle through requirements gathering
- Articulate technical solutions during presales process and translate business requirements from customers
- Capture technical details of client-specific implementations and maintain documentation of clients' technology architecture
- Assist in preparation of materials for client renewal opportunities, product upsells, business reviews, and account plans
- Work cross-functionally across the organization to support large TV programmers and distributors globally
Requirements
- Degree in STEM, or equivalent practical experience
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Relevant Work Experience 2-5 Years
- Experience working within technology and/or the advertising and media industry
- Experience working in advertising technology or related SaaS role
- Experience working in a sales engineering or customer facing role
- Experience working directly with 3rd party technology vendors
- Experience with SQL or equivalent
- Ability to analyze large data sets to inform business decisions
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Kibana, Grafana, or equivalent BI software
- Working Knowledge of Web technologies such as: HTTP, HTML5, XML, etc
- Object Oriented Programming: JS, Python, etc
- Experience developing against RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with IAB standards including openRTB
