About the role

  • Owns the full recruitment lifecycle: job launch, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, hiring manager coaching, candidate management, offers, contract drafting, and onboarding.
  • Designs and executes sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Builds trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance and market insights.
  • Advises stakeholders on regional hiring nuances and best practices.
  • Conducts external market research to inform sourcing strategies and stay ahead of talent trends.
  • Collaborates with HR to draft employment contracts and coordinate background checks.
  • Engages with other COEs across the organisation to finalise offers and onboarding.
  • Leads or contributes to special projects, including process improvements and senior-level hiring initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management across regions and functions.
  • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • Comfortable handling a certain amount of admin duties and adhering to different processes.
  • Agile and adaptable; comfortable working across multiple teams and geographies.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities for technical roles (engineering, product, data science).
  • Proven experience having recruited outside of the UK, ideally across Europe, India and the US.
