About the role
- Owns the full recruitment lifecycle: job launch, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, hiring manager coaching, candidate management, offers, contract drafting, and onboarding.
- Designs and executes sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Builds trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance and market insights.
- Advises stakeholders on regional hiring nuances and best practices.
- Conducts external market research to inform sourcing strategies and stay ahead of talent trends.
- Collaborates with HR to draft employment contracts and coordinate background checks.
- Engages with other COEs across the organisation to finalise offers and onboarding.
- Leads or contributes to special projects, including process improvements and senior-level hiring initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Skilled in stakeholder management across regions and functions.
- Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Comfortable handling a certain amount of admin duties and adhering to different processes.
- Agile and adaptable; comfortable working across multiple teams and geographies.
- Strong sourcing capabilities for technical roles (engineering, product, data science).
- Proven experience having recruited outside of the UK, ideally across Europe, India and the US.
