High-level customer-facing engineering support focused on Installation Support and Day 2 Service Assurance Support
Design, configure and deploy LAN and WAN network connections
Optimize the network and systems services and troubleshoot network performance issues
Responsible for the service provision and monitoring of the network infrastructure
Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve network issues
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred
2-5 years of relevant work experience
Hands-on experience with Fortinet SD-WAN solutions
Strong understanding of internetworking design principles
Familiarity with Layer 2 and Layer 3 internetworking technologies
Experience with firewalls such as Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX
Relevant certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE levels, CCNA, CCNP) are a plus
Must have the legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
