About the role
- Plan and manage supply chain strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels and achieve cost objectives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders for continuous improvements
- Develop requirements for system enhancements and ensure adherence to master data management policies
- Lead performance improvement projects and communicate project timelines and deliverables
- Hire and train new supply chain analysts
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or relevant experience
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Supply Chain management experience
- Ability to train and mentor others
