- Lead, mentor, and scale the Engineering & Operations team
- Foster a culture of operational excellence
- Manage capacity planning for incoming requests
- Oversee the end-to-end provisioning process for Data Clean Rooms
- Transition ad-hoc setups into repeatable patterns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Platform Operations
- 4+ years in a people management role leading technical teams
- Demonstrated success in managing 24/7 production data environments
- Strong financial acumen (FinOps)
- Experience building applications with LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, or frameworks like LangChain/LlamaIndex
