About the role
- To coordinate and conduct complex system analyses feasibility studies and implementation studies of potential computer applications.
- To analyze business needs to develop and implement solutions that leverage systems and processes.
- Works with the business to understand their needs related to information technology and enhance business processes.
- To implement strategic vision through technology.
- Considered a key stakeholder/key contributor on complex systems projects and project teams.
- To oversee/direct full lifecycle project implementation.
- To exercise expert technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis.
Requirements
- Degree in a related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
- Experience in problem resolution including determining root cause, scope, and scale of issues.
- Experience in leading collaborative work teams
- Significant experience leading large projects/initiatives which have business risk and impact.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals.
- Expert research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Expert organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Expert skill following, interpreting, and applying relevant data/instructions to guidelines, procedures, practices, and regulations.
- Expert skill interpreting and synthesizing large amounts of information.
- Expert verbal and written communication skills
- Expert word processing and spreadsheet software skills
- Experience in leading, guiding, and coaching professional staff
- Expert skill identifying and analyzing business requirements and recommending solutions.
- Experience that demonstrates the ability to research, compile, and document data, business processes, and workflow
