Operate and maintain shared platform services (e.g., Kubernetes clusters, API runtimes, ingress, service mesh, messaging/caching layers).
Monitor platform health using logging, metrics, and dashboards; identify and remediate reliability issues proactively.
Participate in production support, on-call rotations, and incident response, following defined runbooks and escalation paths.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and reusable templates for application teams.
Automate routine operational tasks (deployments, upgrades, certificate rotation, service account management).
Work with cloud services (primarily Azure) including networking, IAM, secrets management, and managed PaaS offerings.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles.
Proven experience supporting production systems at scale.
Exposure to regulated or enterprise environments is a plus.
Experience with Containers & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS).
Experience with CI/CD & Automation (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Terraform, Helm).
Strong working knowledge of Azure Cloud.
Experience with Linux & Networking such as TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, load balancing, troubleshooting in Linux environments.
