About the role

  • Serve as a strategic execution partner to Talent Practices leadership
  • Ensure achievement of Navy Federal’s program objectives using data-driven tools
  • Manage, influence, and lead development direction and optimal performance of business unit program initiatives
  • Develop, implement, evaluate, and lead users to comply with best practices for timely channel/program delivery
  • Manage and facilitate implementation and coordination of multiple complex programs
  • Ensure management review of initiatives from concept through various phases
  • Create, design, and manage program deliverables and solutions on schedule, within scope and budget
  • Ensure high level of program performance in alignment with department and organizational priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organization Psychology or related field or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
  • Significant experience administering and advising on executive-level assessments in an organizational setting
  • Significant understanding of different assessment approaches such as personality assessments, 360-degree feedback, and competency-based tools—with the ability to learn and apply new methods as needed
  • Proven ability to translate complex assessment data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and business decisions
  • Extensive experience managing stakeholder relationships and large-scale change management efforts to include designing & facilitating feedback loops with varied audiences
  • Significant experience in workflow and program development including development of requirements documents, procedures, and implementation plans
  • Extensive experience in managing multiple initiatives, and meet changing requirements and priorities to accomplish objectives and goals, independently or in a team environment
  • Expert project management skills to include establishing and leading project teams; managing timelines/deadlines/resources; ensuring successful project implementation
  • Expert planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive experience in collaborating across organizational boundaries and building partnerships across various functions
  • Expert skill identifying and analyzing business requirements and recommending solutions
  • Expert innovative thinking skills to solve problems and facilitate the decision-making process
  • Expert verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex terms to all levels of audiences
  • Expert analytical thinking skills to include summarizing information and clearly identifying key elements, patterns, results, or relationships
  • Significant experience in leading, training, guiding and mentoring others
  • Extensive experience in working with leadership and management in diverse and complex operational environments
