About the role
- Define and maintain unified member data models; steward lifecycle management, consent, preferences, and quality.
- Drive advanced analytics innovation: segmentation, graph analytics, predictive modeling, and experimentation that inform member strategy and experience.
- Partner with Data Products, Governance, Privacy teams to productize unified member data models and related analytically derived member information solutions, integrate external data in member analytics processes, and champion privacy‑by‑design across solutions.
- Partner with Strategy & Research to co-create metrics, insights, and decision frameworks powering the Enterprise Strategy.
- Deliver standardized, trusted reporting and dashboards for member and business performance; enable self-service while maintaining governance best practices.
- Ensure privacy-by-design across products and analytics; manage compliant external data partnerships and sharing arrangements.
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure member value, experience, and growth; promote data-driven strategy across business units.
- Lead talent strategy for analytics and data roles; develop skills and career paths; foster a culture of rigor, ethics, and impact.
- Perform supervisory and managerial duties including staffing, performance management, and cross-functional leadership. Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading member/customer analytics and data management functions in complex organizations.
- Advanced expertise in statistical modeling, segmentation, predictive analytics, and data visualization.
- Extensive experience in data product management and data product ownership.
- Knowledge of privacy management, regulatory compliance, and privacy-by-design practices.
- Proven ability to define unified data models and steward lifecycle/consent across distributed platforms.
- Exceptional collaboration skills with strategy, product, technology, risk, and compliance teams.
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
