About the role

  • To plan and manage the governance of business portfolios, including developing and implementing framework, methodology, measurements for proposing, approving, and reviewing programs, and services, and techniques in identifying, quantifying, and tracking the realization of expected benefits.
  • Facilitate the transformation to agile delivery models and enable cross-functional teams to integrate business capabilities.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, providing vision, transparency, and proactive risk management.
  • Champion innovation, process improvement, and operational excellence across the product portfolio, while developing team capabilities and fostering collaboration across the enterprise.
  • Act as a key liaison between business units and technology teams, ensuring alignment of product strategy with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Extensive experience in product management or portfolio management, including leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
  • Proven ability to develop and implement product strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and facilitation skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions
  • Effective communicator, able to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and influence outcomes
  • Experience in financial planning, resource management, and operational oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in product and portfolio management
  • Experience with change management, process improvement, and adoption of modern practices to drive business agility
  • Significant experience supervising and leading professional employees
  • Ability to articulate leading business issues and trends, including associated technology implications
  • Experience in building consensus and delivering processes and frameworks that support alignment between stakeholders across an enterprise
