About the role
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand the unique business needs and requirements
- Enhance business processes by promoting new functionalities and leveraging existing systems and processes across the enterprise
- Translate business objectives into actionable technical solutions, ensuring that our systems effectively support and elevate our business operations
- Utilize strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of industry best practices to assist the business in implementing technology driven strategies
- Contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and empower our team to achieve their goals through effective use of technology
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders verbally and in writing
- Experience in leading large projects/initiatives which have business risk and impact
- Experience in leading, guiding and coaching professional staff
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Experience conducting and driving agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Release Planning
- Significant experience in problem resolution including determining root cause, scope and scale of issues
- Significant experience in leading collaborative work teams
- Significant experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
- Significant experience that demonstrates the ability to research, compile, and document data, business processes, and workflow.
- Significant experience in commercial lending, project management, and analysis in support of strategic planning initiatives
- Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills
- Advanced skill following, interpreting and applying relevant data/instructions to guidelines, procedures, practices and regulations
- Advanced skill interpreting and synthesizing large amounts of information
- Advanced word processing and spreadsheet software skills
- Advanced database and presentation software skills
- Advanced skill identifying and analyzing business requirements and recommending solutions
- Should have commercial or business banking domain knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education and experience
