About the role
- Document CONOPS, mission use cases, training documentation, and training scripts
- Ensure the team builds the right product
- Support users' understanding of new applications and answer questions
- Uncover new use cases and assist with mission continuity during transition
- Report status at agile meetings and handle highest priority work
- Support feature testing in applications
- Bring automation ideas forward
Requirements
- Must have TS/SCI with CI poly (or be willing to take CI poly)
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- 2+ years SIGINT Mission Management experience
- Familiarity with customer and user organizations and mission goals
- Experience with producing PowerPoint presentations with visualizations and workflows
- High attention to detail
- Enjoys working with others
- Time Management and Independent Decision Making
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
