Collaborate with Specialty Accounting and Specialty Analytics team on monthly volume metrics analyses by service line (both retrospective and prospective).
Leadership management reporting creation and maintenance for decision making purposes.
Collaborate with Specialty Accounting team on P&L actual results compared to budget and forecast variances each month.
Provide analysis to Finance and Specialty Leadership.
Engage with Finance and Specialty Leadership on forecast opportunities and challenges from ideation to execution.
Specialty Management of the revenue budgeting and forecasting for all business units.
Analyze revenue variances and provide explanations to upper management.
Lead annual budget process for Specialty.
Improving department-level templates and rollup files.
Understand revenue and expense breakout needs and adapt templates to accommodate.
Create monthly Specialty forecasting.
Collaborate with Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team on forecasting and budgeting tool enhancements and reporting.
Assist Specialty Accounting team with cost allocation modeling by service line along with forecasting by service line.
Drive the Specialty capital budgeting process by engaging and collaborating with the Specialty Project Management Team.
Assist in designing and monitoring (reporting on) key Specialty drivers for various stakeholders.
Partner with Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team on three to five-year strategic plan modeling process and deliverables.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
A minimum of 7 years financial analysis/accounting experience is required
Experience working with financial data and understanding results required.
Experience with Accounting software required.
Experience in creating general financial models as well as complex project-specific financial models and working with advanced Excel formulas required.
Experience with EPM platform(s) required. Oracle preferred.
Specialty pharmacy or spend management experience preferred.
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
