Support the North America Personal Care business with a focus on Supply Chain and Cost of Sales
Provide financial leadership to the business team and act as an indispensable partner in achievement of business objectives
Influence the organization to balance market share, top-line growth, profitability, and balance sheet efficiency
Identify relevant issues, clarify strategic choices, and bring a point of view to influence direction of the organization
Proactively bring forward insights and ideas and drive initiatives across the business
Provide brand leadership with financial counsel via meaningful analysis and articulating choices relative to performance, projected business plans, innovation pipeline, and projects
Cultivate a cross-functional network and develop deep understanding of Supply Chain and business strategies
Recommend courses of action to achieve brand and sector goals with primary focus on Cost of Sales and Supply Chain
Leverage Cost of Sales and Supply Chain expertise to drive accuracy and continuous improvement of forecasting processes
Act as a source of business knowledge and problem-solving to ensure sound analyses across decisions including market growth, innovation, go-to-market strategies, and investments
Embrace continuous improvement to improve quality and productivity of the Finance team
Ensure application of corporate financial controls via communication, implementation, and audit of control procedures
Demonstrate a customer-based approach to business support and Kimberly-Clark leadership behaviors
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage functional workload, multiple priorities, and competing time demands
Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize strategic corporate tools and processes for data analysis
Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
Advanced computer skills using Excel and PowerPoint
Developed interpersonal skills to function as an integral part of multiple teams
Preferred: solid understanding of cost concepts, corporate financial guidelines, and manufacturing operations
Preferred: prior financial experience and knowledge of financial systems and reporting
Preferred: experience providing financial expertise to Consumer Product businesses
Preferred: experience in analyzing, cultivating, and commercializing product innovation
Preferred: experience working and influencing in a matrix organization
