About the role
- Manage the day-to-day performance of CEC clinical operations
- Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to direct reports
- Ensure resources are aligned with meeting the timeliness requirements of operational processes
- Monitor and report on staff productivity and quality metrics
- Assess operational capacity and capabilities for managing new clients
- Execute project and program work
- Develop and continually improve the operational process to align with best-in-class strategy
- Facilitate communication with clients, providers, and internal staff regarding CEC programs and program outcomes
- Maintain knowledge of regulations regarding CEC programs
- Develop a full understanding of Navitus Clients’ member experience and how the clinical engagement center contributes to improved health and wellness
- Contribute to clinical operational tasks when workload requires it
- Compliance with all applicable HIPAA and CMS regulations
Requirements
- Graduate of ACPE Accreditation School of Pharmacy with a B.S. Pharmacy or PharmD degree
- Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in state of residence
- 5+ years of clinical experience including direct consultation experience required
- 10+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred
- Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
