About the role
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized frameworks and processes to streamline product planning, prioritization, and execution.
- Ensure the adoption of modern product management best practices through formal education, peer knowledge sharing, and continuous benchmarking against industry standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by organizing workshops, retrospectives, and peer reviews to refine and evolve practices.
- Build and maintain robust systems to collect, aggregate, and analyze product performance data.
- Create insightful dashboards and reports to track key product metrics such as usage, adoption, and customer feedback.
- Present data findings in a compelling and actionable format to support strategic decision-making across teams.
- Identify, implement, and optimize tools to enhance the efficiency of product management processes, including roadmapping, analytics, and collaboration tools.
- Ensure seamless integration and adoption of tools across teams while maintaining data quality and consistency.
- Provide training and support to maximize the value of tools used by the product organization.
- Act as the central point of contact between product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align on product goals and priorities.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure readiness for product launches and updates.
- Create and maintain structured feedback loops to incorporate insights from customers and stakeholders into the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role, preferably in a SAAS or OSINT environment.
- Strong understanding of the SAAS industry and the OSINT space, with an ability to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience driving cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and present actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with product management tools (Pendo, Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.) and experience in optimizing workflows within these tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- A passion for solving problems and improving processes in a fast-moving environment.
- **Bonus Points For:**
- Experience working with OSINT tools or in a data-driven product environment.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of market intelligence tools and platforms.
