About the role
- Own the complete GTM strategy (performance, branding, content, and communications).
- Define and evolve our positioning and messaging based on insights and data.
- Lead early growth experiments and analytics. From building the funnel and tracking to validating traction.
- Design and execute rapid experiments across paid, content, and referral channels to identify scalable levers.
- Set up and manage the analytics and performance infrastructure (tracking CAC, LTV, and conversion).
- Collaborate closely with the founders and the product team to create growth loops between acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
- Shape the company’s public narrative through PR, content, and brand initiatives.
- Build and lead a small, multidisciplinary GTM team (In-house + Freelance).
Requirements
- Background in Growth, Marketing, or Brand Management in the B2C sector, ideally with high-touch or trust-based products.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—hands-on, resourceful, and motivated to build things from scratch.
- Proven track record in building and scaling GTM systems from scratch to traction.
- Deep channel expertise across Paid, SEO, GEO, Content, Partnerships, and Referrals.
- A combination of strategic thinking, creative intuition, and analytical precision.
- Previous experience or a willingness to work with Generative Engine Optimisation.
- Fluent in English and German.
