Chief Marketing Officer

• Own the complete GTM strategy (performance, branding, content, and communications).
• Define and evolve our positioning and messaging based on insights and data.
• Lead early growth experiments and analytics. From building the funnel and tracking to validating traction.
• Design and execute rapid experiments across paid, content, and referral channels to identify scalable levers.
• Set up and manage the analytics and performance infrastructure (tracking CAC, LTV, and conversion).
• Collaborate closely with the founders and the product team to create growth loops between acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
• Shape the company’s public narrative through PR, content, and brand initiatives.
• Build and lead a small, multidisciplinary GTM team (In-house + Freelance).
