• Planning and executing data migrations between different platforms.
• Designing and implementing ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) for structured and unstructured data.
• Analyzing existing legacy systems and their data models at the client site.
• Close collaboration with the client regarding approach, data model and advisory services.
• Analyzing current business processes and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Supporting the rollout of new systems, reports and technologies.
• Creating technical documentation and migration concepts.

• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships at decision-maker level (C-level, IT management, procurement, etc.)
• Own the strategic development and management of designated key accounts with a focus on sustainable growth and customer satisfaction
• Identify and realize cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within our product portfolio
• Work closely with product management, development, consulting and support to ensure optimal customer service
• Identify concrete strategic development opportunities and feed them as potential roadmap items and inputs for product management

• Independently manage the entire sales process – from needs analysis through proposal preparation and contract negotiation to successful project completion
