About the role

  • Overall responsibility for the operation, stability and continuous development of our SAP development, demo and test systems
  • Management of SAP transport management and definition and optimization of release and deployment processes
  • Responsibility for system setup as well as user, role and authorization structures
  • Ensuring performance, security and system integrity across the entire landscape
  • Technical sparring partner for development and product teams on system architecture, releases and technical dependencies
  • Technical contact in Product Support for matters related to product transport deliveries in customer environments

Requirements

  • Several years of solid experience in SAP Basis administration with responsibility for system landscapes
  • Deep understanding of SAP transport management as well as release and deployment processes
  • Ability to read and debug ABAP code and to analyze technical relationships in transports and system processes
  • Experience collaborating with development teams and technical stakeholders
  • High level of personal responsibility, structured working style and a passion for driving sustainable improvements
  • Very good German skills and fluent English
