About the role
- Develop and design strategies from the ground up
- Support the implementation of Global Lead Development & Performance
- Further develop all feedback and performance cycles for the organization
- Develop and implement global career paths in collaboration with respective countries
- Introduce tailored feedback formats
Requirements
- Several years of experience in people development with a strong passion for shaping careers and culture
- Excellent PowerPoint skills and persuasive presentation techniques
- Familiarity with tools like Miro or Kanvas for knowledge sharing is a plus
- Excellent English and German communication skills, both written and spoken
