About the role

  • Lead two small teams both functionally and disciplinarily, with local responsibility for People Operations & People Experience
  • Responsible for all administrative processes across the employee life cycle — from onboarding and contract and master data management to offboarding
  • Continuously optimize, standardize and digitize HR processes and systems with a focus on scalability, automation, and efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and external tax advisors
  • Take responsibility for payroll in coordination with Finance and external tax advisors
  • Develop new reporting and dashboard concepts, identify relevant People KPIs, and implement them
  • Analyze global people data, prepare findings for the intended audience, and derive clear recommendations for action
  • Ensure compliance with employment, social security, and data protection regulations
  • Own People Experience processes at the site: onboarding and offboarding from a PX perspective, office management, events, equipment & supplies, and coordination of occupational health & safety topics and related meetings

Requirements

  • Several years of relevant experience in Human Resources, particularly in People Operations, HR administration, or related areas
  • Initial leadership experience in a comparable environment
  • Strong interest in People Analytics and working with data
  • High process affinity — structured thinker, able to develop new solutions and proactively drive improvements
  • Passion for working with people and strong understanding of team dynamics and collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately to different audiences
  • Independent, precise, and reliable working style
  • Confident with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Very good knowledge of the HR information system Personio
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
