About the role
- Lead two small teams both functionally and disciplinarily, with local responsibility for People Operations & People Experience
- Responsible for all administrative processes across the employee life cycle — from onboarding and contract and master data management to offboarding
- Continuously optimize, standardize and digitize HR processes and systems with a focus on scalability, automation, and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and external tax advisors
- Take responsibility for payroll in coordination with Finance and external tax advisors
- Develop new reporting and dashboard concepts, identify relevant People KPIs, and implement them
- Analyze global people data, prepare findings for the intended audience, and derive clear recommendations for action
- Ensure compliance with employment, social security, and data protection regulations
- Own People Experience processes at the site: onboarding and offboarding from a PX perspective, office management, events, equipment & supplies, and coordination of occupational health & safety topics and related meetings
Requirements
- Several years of relevant experience in Human Resources, particularly in People Operations, HR administration, or related areas
- Initial leadership experience in a comparable environment
- Strong interest in People Analytics and working with data
- High process affinity — structured thinker, able to develop new solutions and proactively drive improvements
- Passion for working with people and strong understanding of team dynamics and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately to different audiences
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
- Confident with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good knowledge of the HR information system Personio
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
