• Lead technology initiatives and manage complex IT environments for the organization.
• Manage and lead the infrastructure team to ensure efficient and effective resolution of technical issues while providing superior customer service.
• Develop and implement support policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor support metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve technical issues impacting business operations.
• Ensure the infrastructure team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to perform their duties effectively.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and cybersecurity profile of all systems and maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of business resources.
• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects, including network, server, and storage solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve infrastructure capabilities and efficiency.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, including cost estimates, procurement, and vendor management.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption in the event of an outage.
• This role has supervisory responsibilities.
