About the role
- Represent the company at trade fairs and generate new B2B customers
- Support partner network customers via phone, email or video call
- Expand and maintain the NatuGena partner network in Germany
- Provide professional, efficient, individualized and sustainable advice on product-related and health questions
- Identify potential opportunities in new customer acquisition
- Diligently maintain customer data in the CRM system
Requirements
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Completed vocational training or a university degree
- Initial sales experience in the dietary supplements sector is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident MS Office skills
- Good English language skills, spoken and written
- Ambition and self-discipline
- Proactive, reliable, conscientious and independent working style
- Strong ‘get-things-done’ mentality
- Strong team player, open to feedback
