About the role

  • Take ownership of our Amazon supplements business in Italy, ensuring growth, visibility, and brand consistency
  • Coordinate projects across agencies, partners, and internal teams to deliver marketplace initiatives and drive the business forward
  • Identify opportunities for marketplace expansion (new channels, formats, cross-border initiatives)
  • Explore offline opportunities (events, collaborations, partnerships)
  • Support cross-channel initiatives to contribute to overall brand growth in Italy
  • Monitor performance and analyze market trends to proactively propose initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Amazon and/or marketplace dynamics (Seller Central, Vendor Central, or equivalent)
  • Experience coordinating projects and managing agencies and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and translate insights into strategy
  • Entrepreneurial drive to identify and pursue new growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in Italian for effective partner and stakeholder engagement
  • Prior experience in supplements, wellness, or consumer goods is a plus
