About the role

  • We're Hiring: Internal Corporate Recruiter Location: Remote | Full-Time $55,000–$65,000 base + performance incentives We're looking for a driven Internal Recruiter with 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience —including hands-on use of a LinkedIn Recruiter seat . In this role, you'll support hiring across the U.S. for executives , project managers , estimators , and other key roles. You'll partner closely with business leaders to deliver top talent and help shape our growing team. Must-Haves: ✔ 3+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency) ✔ Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter seat ✔ Proven track record recruiting for roles like project managers, estimators, and mid-senior level positions ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work to be performed.
