• Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth candidate experience throughout
• Track recruiting activity and pipeline progress in the applicant tracking system
• Build the talent pipeline supporting National Ramp's business
• Help shape hiring plans, attract strong candidates, and guide recruiting from first conversation through offer acceptance
