💰 $75,000 - $85,000 per year
About the role
- Work independently and collaboratively to lead projects within the Research and Evaluation team
- Provide high-level support to NNPHI leadership and staff, public health institutes, funders, and other partner organizations
- Develop and manage timelines, contracting, scope of work and budget management
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with funders, partners, contractors, and project participants/collaborators
- Lead research-related activities, including literature reviews and environmental scans
- Synthesize data from multiple sources and interpreting findings
- Present study findings to community and stakeholder audiences
- Lead the development of grant proposals and reports to funders
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to document and share lessons learned
- Identify technological tools to enhance NNPHI's capacity and programs
Requirements
- Several years of experience in research and evaluation
- Proven track record of providing program management leadership
- Project direction and project management with federal funders and other diverse partners
