Program Manager

• Work independently and collaboratively to lead projects within the Research and Evaluation team
• Provide high-level support to NNPHI leadership and staff, public health institutes, funders, and other partner organizations
• Develop and manage timelines, contracting, scope of work and budget management
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with funders, partners, contractors, and project participants/collaborators
• Lead research-related activities, including literature reviews and environmental scans
• Synthesize data from multiple sources and interpreting findings
• Present study findings to community and stakeholder audiences
• Lead the development of grant proposals and reports to funders
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to document and share lessons learned
• Identify technological tools to enhance NNPHI's capacity and programs
