About the role
- Lead team responsible for ideation and production of all multimedia content.
Develop and execute a creative strategy aligning with brand and marketing goals to drive engagement and elevate brand awareness.
Direct execution of multimedia output including graphic design, video, photography, animation, audio.
Oversee resource allocation across team to align with strategic priorities.
Responsible for brand visual identity guidelines for entire organization.
Ensure adherence to brand standards across all creative output; partner with Brand lead.
Establish and maintain creative standards and processes for quality and efficiency.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for creative projects.
Maintain partnership with Brand Manager and Director of Editorial and cross-functional teams.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovative creative approaches.
Mentor and inspire creative team to foster positive, productive environment.
Utilize data and analytics to measure effectiveness of creative campaigns and optimize efforts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in creative roles, with proven experience in managing creative teams and projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
Ability to develop and execute innovative creative strategies.
Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Strong understanding of brand management and governance.
