About the role
- Manage benefits open enrollment process activities
- Lead day-to-day relationships with external vendors
- Ensure benefit plans are administered and compliant
- Administer all benefit programs
- Manage employee leave of absences
- Lead the Employee Recognition Program
- Research, resolve, and address employee benefit inquiries
- Review vendor monthly statements for accuracy
- Manage ADP HRIS system and benefits portals
- Manage and administer annual merit cycle
- Ensure adherence to compensation guidelines
- Responsible for compensation market pricing and analysis
- Develop career paths as appropriate
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in benefits
- Experience with compensation preferred
- Highly proficient with Excel, including advanced functionality (e.g., pivot tables, charts)
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
- PHR/SPHR, CEBS, and/or CCP certifications preferred
- Experience with building and maintaining SharePoint sites preferred
