About the role

  • Manage benefits open enrollment process activities
  • Lead day-to-day relationships with external vendors
  • Ensure benefit plans are administered and compliant
  • Administer all benefit programs
  • Manage employee leave of absences
  • Lead the Employee Recognition Program
  • Research, resolve, and address employee benefit inquiries
  • Review vendor monthly statements for accuracy
  • Manage ADP HRIS system and benefits portals
  • Manage and administer annual merit cycle
  • Ensure adherence to compensation guidelines
  • Responsible for compensation market pricing and analysis
  • Develop career paths as appropriate

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in benefits
  • Experience with compensation preferred
  • Highly proficient with Excel, including advanced functionality (e.g., pivot tables, charts)
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
  • PHR/SPHR, CEBS, and/or CCP certifications preferred
  • Experience with building and maintaining SharePoint sites preferred
