Develop engaging and innovative educational resources that align with academic standards and FFA mission, vision and values
Manage multiple project timelines and deliver products in a timely fashion
Manage budgets for project needs, up to $150,000
Collaborate with staff in the creation of engaging educational materials
Manage the requirements of grants awarded
Provide guidance and insight to help bridge the gap between corporate partners/organizations and educators
Update and review educational content (lesson plans, classroom activities, online learning resources) and strategies to support specific outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education (or equivalent)
Master’s degree is preferred
3-5 years of agricultural education experience (with 2-4 years teaching preferred)
One to three years of curriculum/content development experience preferred
Strong and creative problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills, including the ability to disaggregate problems and structure complex issues
Strong collaboration and influence skills, demonstrating an ability to navigate organizational relationships, incorporate differing perspectives, develop recommendations, and generate consensus with partners across teams
Excellent project management skills, including detail and action-orientation with excellent follow-through skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
