About the role
- Develop and execute the firm’s strategic vision across retirement plan consulting and wealth management services.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including new client acquisition, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Oversee brand positioning, marketing initiatives, and public relations to enhance visibility and reputation.
- Lead the development and implementation of investment strategies tailored to retirement plans and individual client portfolios.
- Ensure investment processes align with fiduciary standards, regulatory requirements, and client objectives.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to guide portfolio adjustments and risk management.
- Maintain high standards of client service, ensuring timely and transparent reporting across all accounts.
- Oversee the design and delivery of performance reports, plan reviews, and financial planning documents.
- Serve as a senior advisor to key clients, providing strategic guidance and personalized financial solutions.
- Direct sales strategy and pipeline development for both institutional and individual clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns, thought leadership content, and educational materials.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Supervise and mentor cross-functional teams including advisors, analysts, operations, and support staff.

Requirements
- Proven executive leadership in financial services, preferably within investment advisory or wealth management.
- Deep understanding of ERISA, fiduciary standards, and retirement plan consulting.
- Strong grasp of investment theory, portfolio construction, and financial planning principles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, CFA, CFP) preferred.
