• Support activities for the economic planning of resources in coordination with the Head of Operations Planning and colleagues from the planning department
• Creation and coordination of replacement (SEV) services in consultation with the site operations planner
• Coordination of replacement services with contracting authorities
• Support for tendering the respective replacement services according to the transport contract
• Support in placing orders for replacement services with bus companies
• Quality control of SEV services including all internal and external requirements
• Economical design of SEV operational concepts
