About the role
- Manage day-to-day property operations, budgets, and policies
- Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs
- Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy management
- Address resident concerns and coordinate move-ins/move-outs
- Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff
- Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards
- Prepare and submit required compliance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience
- CPM or ARM certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
