About the role
- Provides direct oversight and leadership of day-to-day operations for the assigned community(ies)
- Manages all financial operations, including preparation and adherence to annual operating budgets
- Ensures compliance with all applicable housing regulations
- Oversees operational and financial management of up to 150 units within programs such as HUD, LIHTC, and others
- Implements and oversees resident retention programs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years’ experience in property management, preferably affordable/HUD housing, with experience managing direct reports preferred
- Valid driver's license and able to meet National Church Residences' motor vehicle policy
- Must have excellent communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong working knowledge of computer or tablet skills
