Systems Engineer

• Identify, scope, and solve complex business problems by building software solutions from scratch
• Transform vague requirements and business pain points into concrete technical implementations
• Take full ownership of projects from conception through deployment and testing
• Research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies and AI tools to solve unique challenges
• Create prototypes rapidly to validate concepts and iterate based on feedback
• Leverage Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI development tools to accelerate coding and improve quality
• Master prompt engineering techniques to maximize AI tool effectiveness for code generation, debugging, and optimization
• Integrate AI capabilities into applications where appropriate, including API integrations and custom AI workflows
• Stay current with evolving AI development tools and incorporate best practices into daily workflows
• Balance AI assistance with fundamental coding skills and architectural understanding
• Build end-to-end solutions across the technology stack, with emphasis on Microsoft technologies (Azure, .NET, SQL Server, SharePoint, Office 365)
• Design and implement APIs, databases, user interfaces, and system integrations
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that other developers can understand and extend
• Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring for production systems
• Ensure security best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle
• Work effectively within Shape Up, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies as projects require

Software Developer, AI Enhanced

Implementation Specialist

• Complete the implementation of Cafeteria plans, coordinating and communicating directly with the Client/Broker/Vendor during the implementation process
• Manage the collection and delivery of necessary documentation and regulatory paperwork; Review and verify for compliance and operational accuracy
• Audit individual plan design for inefficiencies and to ensure proper fit to Client’s needs
• Maintain regular communication with your case load of onboarding Clients
• Learn and keep current on laws and regulations governing Cafeteria and/or COBRA plans through training and education
• Understand and proficiently apply relevant laws and regulations to Clients’ plan
• Meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
• Perform other duties as assigned by team supervisor and department Vice President

Implementation Manager I – Consumer Driven Healthcare

Account Manager

• Full-time position in welfare benefits administration, regularly working 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday
• Assist Tier 2-4 Relationship Manager(s) with several hundred employers who provide their employees with account-based welfare and fringe benefits
• Provide expertise and counsel to employers regarding compliance with federal regulations
• Coordinate employer needs with in-house service departments
• Work closely with brokers and advisors that provide services to employers to strengthen service relationships
• Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines at the same time
• Must keep current on all laws and regulations regarding Consumer Driven Healthcare Benefit Plans
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director, or Vice President
