About the role

  • Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships with suppliers, clinical study partners and other external parties as required.
  • Lead negotiations, structure agreements, and drive to closure in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and executive leadership.
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities by understanding evolving landscapes and technologies in Early Cancer Detection.
  • Work closely with R&D, Product, and Clinical Affairs to align external opportunities with internal strategy and capabilities.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development experience in biopharma, diagnostics, or life sciences necessary for the role.
  • Track record of leading and closing strategic collaboration and licensing agreements.
  • Demonstrated track record of structuring and closing deals in oncology, ideally in diagnostics.
  • Strong scientific and commercial understanding of oncology, immunology, or related therapeutic areas necessary for the role.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s in healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy or related field is required; PhD in relevant field is a strong plus.
  • Industry background in diagnostics, software, life sciences, or private equity/venture capital; 3+ years’ experience in Corporate Business Development, investment banking or management consulting.
