Stay informed about TikTok trends and emerging features to leverage them for marketing opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all channels.
Engage with customers and respond to queries and feedback on the TikTok platform.
Prepare and present regular reports on store performance, trends, and recommended actions to management.
Requirements
**Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.**
**2-4 years of experience as an Influencer Account Manager.**
**Solid experience in managing e-commerce stores, preferably on TikTok or other social media platforms.**
**Proven track record of creating engaging content and managing campaigns that drive sales.**
**Strong understanding of cultural food products and their appeal to diverse audiences.**
**Proficiency in managing profit and loss (P&L) metrics.**
**Familiarity with TikTok's features, trends, and analytics tools.**
**Experience working with influencers and understanding of influencer marketing best practices.**
**Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking and metrics analysis.**
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams.
Creative thinking and a passion for social media marketing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
