About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation projects, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and deliver implementation projects by defining scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables — adjusting plans as needs evolve.
- Manage project execution end to end, including tasks, resources, schedules, documentation, and risk mitigation.
- Communicate project progress clearly and consistently to customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by partnering with other project managers to enhance tools, processes, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects involving both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong ability to manage customer expectations and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
- Clear, confident communicator who collaborates effectively with technical and operational teams at all levels.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a nice to have.
- Experience working in fintech, SaaS, or a regulated industry is a nice to have.
- Exposure to process improvement or non-standard implementation work is a nice to have.
